The seminar is recommended to Employers, Developers, Engineers, Contractors, Project Managers, Lawyers and Investors who have interest in the matters of use of international model construction contracts in the Russian context. The seminars offer the opportunity to get familiarized with the main characteristics of such contracts and to prepare for their practical application. The issues of adaptation of the model contracts to specific projects are discussed in the lectures and a number of cases are given.
